The protection of your personal information β for example, when you visit our website, contact us, or enter into a contractual relationship with us regarding our services β is of the utmost importance to us.
Below you will find information on what data we collect when you visit our homepage, when you fill out our web forms or use other functions on our website, and how and for what purpose we process this data. We collect, process, and use personal information only in accordance with the following principles and in compliance with the applicable legal provisions on data protection, especially the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (βPDPAβ).

2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data and Nature and Intended Use
While visiting our website
When you visit our website, the browser used on your end device automatically transmits information to the server of our platform. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without requiring any action on your part:
the IP address of the requesting device
the date and time of access
the name and URL of the retrieved file
the website from which access is made (referrer URL)
the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your device and the name of your internet access provider
This data is processed for the following purposes:
to ensure a smooth connection of the website
to guarantee a user-friendly experience
to evaluate system security and stability
for other administrative purposes
The data is stored in server log files in a format that allows identification of the persons concerned, for a maximum period of 14 days, unless a security-relevant event occurs (e.g., a DDoS attack). In the case of such an event, data is retained until the issue is resolved.
The legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest (Section 24 (5) PDPA). We do not use this data to draw conclusions about individuals. Provision of this data is not legally required, but without it, the website cannot be accessed.

When contacting us
You can contact us via our contact forms or by sending us an email. Depending on the form or inquiry, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, and relevant information (e.g., professional background, education, language level, or work experience). Additional data, such as your birthday or application documents, can be provided voluntarily.
If your inquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual actions, data processing is based on Section 24 (3) PDPA. For other inquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interests in handling your request (Section 24 (5) PDPA).
If you are interested in job offers, we may store your data in order to match you with suitable opportunities or to inform you about new offers in the future.

Data collected during contact will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements once your inquiry has been resolved.
3. Information Disclosure
We use service providers for hosting, maintenance, analytics, and marketing purposes. These providers process personal data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements.
Transfers to third countries only take place if the destination has an adequate level of data protection or an exception under Section 28 PDPA applies.
We may disclose data to third parties only if:
you have given your consent;
disclosure is necessary to protect legitimate interests and there is no overriding interest against disclosure;
we are legally obliged to disclose; or
disclosure is necessary for contractual purposes.
4. Cookies
When you visit our website, we store cookies on your device. Cookies help us ensure functionality, improve user experience, and provide analytics and marketing features.
Session cookies: deleted after you leave the site.
Temporary cookies: stored for a defined period to optimize usability.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Automated Analysis
In addition to standard analytics and marketing tools, we may use artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning models to analyze website usage patterns, optimize content, and personalize your experience. These tools may, for example, help us identify which job offers are most relevant to you or improve recommendations on our platform.
Important: Any AI-based analysis serves only as a support tool. No decisions are made solely on the basis of automated processing. Human review is always part of any decision-making process related to applications, service provision, or contractual relationships.
7. Facebook Page
We operate a Facebook Page together with Facebook. Both parties are joint controllers under Section 29 PDPA. While visiting our page, your data is processed both by us and Facebook (even if you donβt have a Facebook account).
Facebook provides us with anonymized usage statistics, but we do not have access to the underlying personal data. For details, please refer to the Meta Privacy Policy.
8. Security
We use TLS encryption (HTTPS) and other technical/organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, manipulation, or unauthorized access. Our safeguards are regularly updated to reflect current best practices.
9. Rights of Data Subjects
You have the following rights under the PDPA:
access to your personal data processed by us
rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
deletion of personal data (with exceptions where processing is legally required or justified)
restriction of processing under certain conditions
data portability
withdrawal of consent at any time
complaint to the supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Committee β PDPC)
10. Right to Object
Where data is processed based on legitimate interests, you may object at any time for reasons relating to your situation or for direct marketing purposes. In the latter case, we will stop processing without requiring justification.
